Return & Replacement Policy

Replacement Eligibility
We ensure that customers receive products in original condition. You are eligible for a free replacement if you receive a product that is:

Faulty
Broken
Damaged
Timeframe
All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Replacement requests within 7 days of delivery will be processed free of cost.
After 7 days, additional charges may apply for replacement processing.
Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement, you must send a video of the faulty, incorrect, or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.
In some cases, our team may guide you to resolve minor issues without replacement.
If the product is confirmed as faulty:

The customer will be required to ship the incorrect, faulty, damaged, or broken product in its original packaging (original box and all accessories) to our warehouse:

After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days free of charge.
Option B
We may schedule a pickup for the replacement. The customer must properly pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Once received and verified, a replacement will be processed within 14 working days.
Change of Mind
We do not offer replacements for change-of-mind purchases.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are provided for eligible claims.
